“An innovative approach to story. We all need hope, and Will delivers.”

— Julie Chavez, author of USA Today Bestseller, Everyone But Myself

Will is a narrative podcast sharing stories of people who have overcome a mental health challenge.

In each episode, we cover a new individual and detail their journey back to a balanced life. One episode might share someone’s struggle to overcome work anxiety, while another documents an intense recovery from years of abuse.

These are real stories about the silent challenges we face, the prospect of healing, and the strength of the human spirit.

Meet the Host

An advocate, entrepreneur, and writer, Chris Carlton has worked for over a decade supporting the awareness of trauma recovery and related programs.

In 2010 he began writing an anonymous blog to document his own recovery from childhood trauma. That blog exposed tens of thousands of reluctant families to the benefits of trauma therapy, and later became the memoir, Nice To Meet Me.

He has also worked as a director at 1in6.org, written for The Huffington Post on trauma, and founded an organic nutrition bar company that benefited mental health programs in disadvantaged communities.

Will is a passion project he produces amid the excitement of raising two children with his wife in Richmond, Virginia.
